At Living at Home of the Park Rapids Area, our volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Their time, compassion, and dedication help older adults remain independent while strengthening connections throughout our community.
Each year, we support more than 400+ seniors in the Park Rapids area, and we're always looking for caring individuals who want to make a meaningful difference. Whether you have a few hours each month or can volunteer more regularly, your time can have a lasting impact.

Transportation Assistance
Helping seniors get to medical appointments, errands, and essential services.
Caregiver Coaching & Support
Offering guidance, resources, and monthly support groups for caregivers.
Light Housekeeping Support
Provide occasional assistance to help seniors maintain a safe and comfortable home.
Friendly Visits
Provide companionship and social connection through visits and conversation.
Handyman Assistance
Help with minor home maintenance and repairs. Small home repairs, changing lightbulbs, seasonal help.
Special Events & Programs
