Supporting Seniors, Caregivers & Families

Living at Home of the Park Rapids Area offers a variety of services designed to help older adults remain safely and comfortably in the home of their choice. In addition to direct senior services, we provide programs that support caregivers, encourage social connection, and promote a more dementia-friendly community.

Our program is designed to assist older adults with everyday needs while helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

  • Transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands

  • Respite Case

  • Friendly Visits

  • Handyman Referral

  • Homemaking & chore referrals

  • Friendly visits

CAREGIVER CLOSET

Medical Equipment & Caregiving Supplies for Our Community.

 

The Caregiver Closet provides free durable medical equipment and caregiving supplies to caregivers, veterans, and community members throughout Park Rapids and the surrounding area.

Equipment availability varies based on donations and community needs. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific item.
