QI GONG & TAI CHI
Joins us on Monday and Friday mornings for a relaxing & energizing Qi Gong & Tai Chi class. These gentle practices combine movement, breathing & mindfulness to support well-being.

DEMENTIA FRIENDLY PARK RAPIDS
Park Rapids is working to create a dementia friendly and inclusive community where individuals with memory loss and their care partners feel supported through education, awareness and resources.

Senior Nutrition by NSI
Senior Nutrition Services by NSI provides packed nutritious dietician meals for adults age 60 and older, including home-delivered meals and opportunities to enjoy meals with others in the community.
Senior Nutrition operates independently from Living at Home and prepares meals from the commercial kitchen located within the Living at Home facility.

Office Closures & Weather Updates
Living at Home follows a holiday schedule throughout the year and may close during severe weather to help ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers, and community members.​

Weather Closures:
If Park Rapids Area Schools have a delayed start, early dismissal, or are closed due to severe weather, all Living at Home programs, services, and activities will also be canceled.
​
Closure updates will be shared on our Facebook page and through local radio stations.
